This is normal and typically comes out after 1 or 2 washes. You should always wash new clothing right when you get it, even custom printed garments.

If we haven't built your website, we are unable to add the store to your site for you. You can simply make a separate tab on your main site and link to your custom store. We're here if you have questions on how to do this, so don't be afraid to reach out!

A:
Shipping and productin times are 2 different timeframes. We do not hold inventory and print everything custom on demand for each order. Because of this, production times can take around 2 weeks and then shipping timeframes are typically 5 days unless otherwise specified in the shipping option chosen.

A:
Because we were given the incorrect address and paid to ship out the item, we unfortunately have to you send an invoice to ship out the item a second time. We're billed whenever an item is shipped out, regardless if the item is returned to us or not. Everytime we have to print a new shipping label, we have to pay for it again.

A:

Hats: $3.99
Backpacks: $9.99
Drinkware/Mugs: $6.99
